Measured Building Survey
We specialise in measured building surveys, which include floor plans, elevations and sections, throughout the UK. Our drawings are usually used for refurbishment or redevelopment projects, but can also be used for archive records or building maintenance.
We work to the RICS specification "Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utility Services at Scales of 1:500 and Larger".

Floor Plans
Floor plans, reflective ceiling plans and roof plans can be provided for all buildings from residential to complex buildings. Surveys are controlled using Leica equipment then supplemented by using MBS measured building software.
Elevations
Elevations are usually surveyed using a Leica Reflectorless Total Station, but for more complex elevations, access to a 3D Laser Scanner is available.
Sections
Sections can be produced through any part of a building.
